1. We recommend that you use Gmail mailbox to bind Hyperverse (because it is a mailbox with fewer errors). If your currently bound mailbox is not a Gmail mailbox, it is recommended that you can change the bound Gmail mailbox.
2. It is recommended that you check the spam folder of your mailbox first, it may be that the mailbox has automatically blocked the mail.
3. If you can't find it in the spam folder, please try to change your device to log in to your mailbox, re-send the email in HyperVerse, and then check the inbox of your mailbox. If you are using Gmail, type support@bitm.space in the search bar and check if the email pops up.
4. If none of the above operations can accept the email, please contact the human customer service and explain the situation so as to help you solve the problem.
