1. What's new in this update
"HyperFund" is officially transformed to "HyperVerse". This version update will bring users a brand new interface and functional experience, so stay tuned!
2. How are bonuses and rewards distributed?
During the system upgrade and maintenance period, your rewards and bonus will be distributed as usual. Rewards and funds will be fully synchronized to HyperVerse. During this period, the account funds may be inaccurate due to the system undergoing an update. Your funds and account will be fully synchronized when the website is officially live.
3. Why can't I log in to my account?
In this update, the mobile app version will be temporarily unavailable. You can log in to your account through our website https://h5.thehyperverse.net/
4. Will my account be affected?
Rest assured the new version can still be logged in through your original account, and the funds in your account will not be affected in any way.
